T Series Spray Booth uses Direct Drive Motor and Blower. Compared with belt driven motor and blower, it can only have fixed speed because of the motor and blower are coaxially fixed. But because of this point, it can be used in high temperature place. Do not hesitate for choosing which one is suitable for you, two models are with good function. Please choose according to the price difference. |
B Series Spray Booth uses, Belt Driven Motor and Blower. The rate for motor and blower could be adjusted according to your specific requirement, it means the air capacity and air speed could be adjusted.But the belt is consumable part, need to be changed a new one while it is loose.

This is outer rotor centrifugal fan what can keep low-noise when transport air flow with high efficiency. The compact design makes it with light weight. Because of the motor inside of the blower, the heat dispersion of the motor is not the best. But the cost for this kind fan is cheap. |
Options:
For the B and T series spray booth, the motor and blowers can be changed into Siemens or ABB brand. We can also use anti-explosive motors and blowers for the B and T series Paint Booth. The Voltage and Phase could be changed according to your country’s standard, but the price is different.
Wall Panel for Spray Booth
We chose 50mm thick EPS(polystyrene) sandwich wall panels and 0.426mm thick coloured steel as our standard automotive spray booth wall panels.
- The Sandwich Wall Panels have different thicknesses: 50mm, 60mm,70mm, 100mm.
- The coloured steel has 0.426mm, 0.6mm,0.8mm thickness. The colour we can provide is Red, White and Blue.
- EPS(polystyrene) Sandwich Panel is the most economical panel. It is lightweight, saving construction time and cost. It is durable, with more than 20 years of service life under regular maintenance.
2) Rockwool Sandwich Panel has an Excellent Fire Protection feature. It is the safest fire-building material. It has an excellent sound absorption performance.
3) Polyurethane insulation panels are recognized as the most thermal-insulated material. It is unpopular for spray booths these years.
Basement of Automotive Spray Booth
Full Downdraft Spray Booth
This Automotive Spray Booth is with up ground basement for bringing the convenience to end user. They do not need to dig the hole on the earth.
But of course, if you choose Pits Arrangement, the cost for the spray booth you buy from YOKISTAR is cheaper, but please compare the cost of the concrete construction, and estimate which selection is better for you.
We choose Basement Arrangement (B) for our Ojade Series Spray Booth.
When your location is height limited, but you want to have the whole basement, we suggest that you dig the earth for putting the whole basement in.
For any other design of basement and pit, please contact our sales rep. for making the design. even if you have an existing pit, we can according to this for making a design for spray booth.
