Application Guide

1. Preparation: Clean the area with soap and water followed by a mild solvent. Sand the repair area with 80-gritsandpaper to remove paint and create a “tooth” for the filler.

2. Mixing: Mix a 4-inch diameter puddle of filler with a ribbon of hardener (approx. 2% by weight). Mix until the color is a uniform light gold with no blue streaks.

3. Working Time: You have approximately 3–5 minutes to apply the filler before it begins to “kick” (harden).

4. Sanding: It is typically ready to sand in 20 minutes. Start with 80-grit for initial shaping and finish with 180-gritor finer before priming.
